@balthatrix suggested a vacuum spell, so I made one. Here it is:
Upon activation, Vacuum detects objects in a 25 meter area, then sends Grab spells to them and pulls them to the player look point. Activating again will drop the objects. With the current amount of mana, this can pull up to five objects. To increase the maximum number, you can add 16 Earth, 1 Water, 1 Fire, and 1 Air mana per additional object you'd like to grab. I've uploaded these spells as well, so you can download them from the server.
Wow this is awesome!!!
Thanks for doing this. Can't wait to try it.
This spell is pretty awesome, but it only works with stationary objects.
This is true. It is one of the limitations of Air magic.
Well, in fact, you could catch objects moving in linear motion, as you can get angular velocity, etc. All you have to do is compute the position the object will be at ^^
Requires a bit of maths, though.
That's a good point, but even calculating it would require a deeper understanding of the Analyze World Objects spellement than we currently have. It's research that I would love to do though, so I'll work on it come morning. We have to figure out what Analyze World Objects actually measures - information as of its time of initiation, its end time, or an average of it at all times throughout the analysis.
If I'm not mistaking, the Analyze World Objects does these things :
-Informations about the objects at THE END of the analysis.
-Gets informations about objects even though they left the area.
How to check this :
Make a spell with a 10 seconds analysis. Shoot it at the ground. Step in the zone, stay in there 6 seconds, then leave, far away. The spell will know where you are, even though you left. (make it shoot an explode spell )
Perfect, then that's solved. We need to make a thread with advanced documentation of every function currently available.
