Hello fellow wizards!
As a Computer Engineer I really like the concept of this game. Plus I'm a bit of a fantasy (especially the magic side of it) freak!
I have one question regarding my orbs. I can create an orb that orbits me but I want to fire it from its orbit. What I do now is lock the orb to the Look Target, wait a millisecond or 100 and release it. Now I want to rotate the orb in the look direction but I can't seem to find a block for that. I guess I need to make that in the JS editor but how do I go about that? I cannot seem to find any function to get the look direction.
Thanks in advance!
And welcome among us
I'll tell you how I do this.
EASIEST WAY :
Look at player, rotate orb left 180°.
Problem : it may go too high or too low
MORE DIFFICULT WAY :
Create a "aim" spell. Lock this spell at a fairly good distance, on your point of view, like 5 or 10. Make this spell cast the orbs orbiting you.
In your orbs orbiting you, make them lock to your point of view, and "Look at CREATOR". Thus, you, the orb and the "aim" orb will be aligned, and you'll shoot straight. I recommand setting the "aim" orb's color to black. It'll appear invisible.
An example of this is my Explorbit/Explorbit Aim spell. Go in the "browse" section and look for them
EDIT : I can't launch the game right now, but my "aim" spell may not have enough mana due to the last update. Please "copy" it and add 5 more earth, water, air and fire mana
